Software Quality is not inspected into existence,
it is created by the system that builds the software.

For more than 40 years, I have worked in software engineering, quality, and leadership roles at organizations including Philips, NXP, Bosch, and ASML.

I am the creator of the 1+3 Software Quality Model, a framework that helps organizations understand how leadership, culture, engineering practices, and technology environments shape the quality of their software.

Through writing, speaking, and advisory work, I challenge traditional views on software quality and help engineering leaders build systems that consistently produce better software.
